All services are provided based on project scope, agreed timelines, and written proposals.

Project Agreements & Payments

Project pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are defined individually for each client through proposals, invoices, or signed agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed milestones
Delayed payments may result in paused work or project delays
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate projects that involve abusive behavior, illegal activities, or violations of these terms.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects typically include a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time, budget, or revised timelines.

Any major change in functionality, design direction, or deliverables may be treated as a separate project phase.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Final approved deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
Velnora Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies
Any third-party assets, plugins, fonts, or licensed materials remain subject to their original licenses

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any content or materials they provide to us.

Website Usage

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to:

Gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Distribute malicious software or spam
Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission
Use the website for unlawful or harmful activities

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Any completed work and outstanding invoices up to the termination date remain payable.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
